* Exercise Active Listening in small groups
* And share and debrief our insights and experiences
You will create awareness if you are really listening. You have strategies to listen carefully and show this to your conversation partner. You know of the value of a person who really listens.

BIO – Anja Stiedl

After years in software development, training and coaching, Anja Stiedl found her passion in the human side of Agile: open communication and collaboration, courage and respect within and in between teams, transparency, trust and humanity in organizations.
Anja is a Scrum Alliance Certified Enterprise Coach (CEC), Certified Team Coach (CTC) and Path-to-CSP-Educator working as an independent Agile Coach and Trainer in Munich, Germany. She supports individuals and teams at different customers, such as Infineon, BMW, and Siemens and shares her insights and experiences in talks and workshops at conferences.
For her customers, she is radically questioning the status quo, bringing in new ideas and methods, driving improvements, challenging herself and others, and still having fun at work!

Nguyen The Nghi

Nghi is an Agile Coach with many years of experience in training, coaching, mentoring from startup to enterprise.

He is the one of first who owns Enterprise Coach Certificate from ICAgile: ICP – ENT and really passion about agility. He shares Agile with thousand of people not only in universities, but also company in Vietnam.
